Japan has captivaed the whole world since distant times.

However, I continue to notice with frustration the continual interest that Tokyo has over the rest of the land of the rising sun. The Kansai region is not just the "traditional" part of Japan as many tour guides continue with too little research to describe.

Inside this magnificent region is a whole other form of youth:

ambitious, extroverted, with a look towards a future tha does not remove the past from the equation.
This photoshoot is an attempt to represent this movement and the limitless youth, this culture formed away from the Japanese megalopolis.
